Triple chocolate brownies

Enjoy.
Ingredients:
6 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 stick (12 tablespoons) unsalted butter, cut into peices
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C). Butter and flour a 10 inch square pan
(almost any pan will do, really), knocking out excess flour.
In a heavy, 1 1/2 quart saucepan, melt bittersweet chocolate, unsweetened
chocolate and butter, over low heat, stirring until smooth. Make sure not to
burn chocolate.

Remove pan from heat. Cool mixture to lukewarm and whisk in sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs 1 at a time, whisking well until mixture is glossy and smooth.
Stir in salt and flour just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Spread batter evenly in pan and bake in middle of oven 25-30 minutes or until a
knife comes out with crumbs adhering to it. Make sure not to overbake! Check
frequently.
